So we (my workout partner and I) tried this workout today. We were able to finish one round in just over 3 minutes. We burned about 45 calories in that time! So about 150 calories in 10 minutes! With our other workouts we tend to average about 10 per minute so this one kicks our other workouts butts! Thanks Josh!

Boy, did this workout kick my butt today. It felt so much harder than the Spartacus workout, even though it was half that long. Definitely going to include that in my regular routine.
