The TRX 40/40 Challenge

Whew! The 40/40 TRX Challenge is a lot harder than it looks. These two exercises combined for 40 reps each are enough to kill your whole upper body. The TRX is an awesome tool for fitness & exercise and would recommend it for everyone. You can bundle it up in your suitcase to take it with you when you travel. I love just taking the TRX outside & getting a great outdoors workout so I never even have to step foot in a gym if I don’t want to.
