Why is it so hard to stay motivated to consistently workout and eat right?  It’s not that hard, right?

I’m no different and it’s sometimes a struggle for me to keep myself motivated for working out.  But there’s one little trick that I’ve picked up that has dramatically increased my motivation on a daily basis.

It’s actually a pretty simple thing to do but NOBODY does it.  I like to think of it as a motivation hack for your brain to keep you inspired.  It’s all in the video below…
