So we had just finished an intense workout that left both of us dripping in sweat and panting like a hot dog (not the food) when I dropped the bomb on him.
My friend Corey came up to me assuming the workout was all over, but his demeanor changed rapidly when I told him we weren’t finished yet.
“Not so fast Turbo. We still have one more thing,” I said.
“Uhhhh ok,” he said with a look of horror on his face.
With that we begun this metabolic finisher and by the end of it Corey was lying facedown in a puddle of his own sweat talking to himself in gibberish.
I’ll admit I originally didn’t think it was going to be this hard when we started it, but it was TOUGH.
Let me know what you think of it.
