The TRX Boot Camp Workout

Hey, took a little time off this week from the blogging and feeling recharged and ready to start off strong again next week.  But heck, I couldn’t even wait until next week to bring you my latest video. This time I’m bringing out my TRX and going through a boot camp style workout for losing weight and blasting fat. I personally did this TRX workout and I’d be lying if I told you that it didn’t kick my butt. This boot camp style workout with the TRX is very similar to the training program I do with my boot campers. Click here to learn more about my boot camp. And I’m whenever I have to travel somewhere I’m always quick to pick up my TRX and toss it in my suitcase because I know I can always find something to hook it up to. It’s always a pain the butt when I travel because it’s hard to find a decent gym with some “effective” equipment so the TRX is always something that I love to bring along with me. Click here for more on suspension training and my TRX review. This TRX boot camp workout is a circuit style training program and you’re doing 5 main exercises in a row, 30 seconds ON and 15 seconds OFF while resting 60 seconds after you complete each round. Let me know if you have any questions and if you try the workout be sure to leave a comment here on my blog.  I’d love to hear your story! Until then enjoy the video and let’s get a kick start to a great weekend!
