Since they only contain a couple of net grams of carbs per can, then they shouldn’t kick you out of ketosis. Of course, this will also depend on what else you were eating the rest of the day. For example, drinking White Claws could push you over your daily carb limit if you had too many carbs earlier.

White Claw Ingredients & Nutrition Facts
White Claws are essentially just a blend of seltzer water and an alcohol base mixed with fruit flavoring. They contain minimal ingredients, which is always good considering how many additives many alcoholic beverages have.
White Claw ingredients include: purified carbonated water, alcohol, natural flavors, cane sugar, citric acid, natural juice concentrate, sodium citrate.
The type of alcohol in White Claw isn’t like the alcohol in beer or vodka. It’s a malt beverage from malted gluten-free grains (probably sugar) into alcohol. They basically ferment the sugars to the point it becomes alcohol, and only a couple of grams of sugar is left.
White Claw is 100% gluten-free, which is a good choice if you also follow a gluten-free and keto diet. This makes White Claw a healthier choice than beer. Beer is higher in carbs, isn’t gluten-free, and contains hops which can have an estrogenic effect.
White Claw has a lot of different flavors that all contain the same amount of carbs and sugars. Except for their Pure unflavored White Claw, which contains zero carbs, since it’s flavorless, it might not be as pleasant to drink.
Are White Claws the Best Low-Carb Alcoholic Drink
If you’re following a ketogenic diet, then finding low-carb alcoholic beverages is a must if you drink. Being a personal trainer and nutritionist for almost two decades has taught me that we don’t want to give up our vices totally.
Most still want to be able to drink with their friends socially and don’t want to be ‘that guy’ that can’t drink because he’s keto. So instead of not drinking at all, the next best thing is to find a favorite low-carb alcoholic beverage.
The best alcohol for weight loss is going to be drinks that contain the least amount of sugar and carbs. So when you combine the alcohol with sugar and carbs, then you’re putting your body into a prime weight gain mode.
Hard seltzers are keto-friendly because they’re very low-carb and contain minimal sugars. They’re also lower in alcohol at 5%, which is significantly less than vodka. So if you are going to drink alcohol, then a White Claw is one of the best on a low-carb diet.
Can You Lose Weight Drinking White Claws?
Yes, you can lose weight by drinking White Claws since they contain a small number of carbs and sugars per serving. Alcohol is also on the lower side at only 5%.
