Wolverine Workout: How to Get Jacked Up Like Hugh Jackman

This may be my favorite video I’ve done so far.  I wanted to do something a little more fun but would also have a great workout.  This whole workout is inspired by the character, Wolverine in the X-Men series.  I’ve done some research into what Hugh Jackman did to get ripped for the film & I threw in a lot of my own personally designed exercises to complete this video.  Wolverine does a lot of High Intensity Interval Training & rests only seconds in between sets.

You have to have the mindset of a warrior to consistently perform this kind of workouts!
