Looking For A Great New Ab Exercise to Blast Your Love Handles?
I absolutely love an exercise called the Pallof Press which really hits the love handles hard. But to make it even better and to take it up a notch I decided to add a little spice to the punch!
Take a gander at the video below to see my new favorite ab exercise, it’s a lot simpler than it looks to do but is incredibly valuable when it comes to getting some great abs.
I usually prefer to do this exercise towards the end of my workouts after I’ve already worked out my upper body or lower body. Usually I combine Schlottzeneggers with a hover plank of some sorts.
