Many people who are training to lose fat are actually going in reverse while they sleep after a hard day of working out hard. When you sleep there are some very important tips I want to give you that will definitely aid in the fat loss process instead of the reverse.
1 Tip I’ll give you right now is to eat smaller meals as the day progresses, they say to “eat like a king for breakfast, a queen for lunch & like a starving college student at night.” You don’t want all those calories JUST SITTING in your stomach before you go to sleep.
