The Warrior Workout Lifestyle
In this blog post I’m not only going to give you the warrior workout but I’m also going to give you an insiders peak at my next big project.
I’ve been writing an ebook for the past couple months on it’s based upon a warriors diet and training lifestyle. I’m not talking about packing a shotgun and going out to kill Bin Laden but I am talking about training like one of the guys from the movie 300.
The nutrition plan is based upon our more primal eating habits that we evolved over centuries of hunting and gathering food. It’s going to be a mixture of the Paleo Diet as well as my own special nutrition tips thrown in there.
I’ve personally been on this diet for the past half of a year and I can tell you that this is not only the best I’ve felt in a very long time but it’s also the leanest and the strongest I’ve ever been.
The training program is also going to be focused on training like a Spartan warrior with the same workout principles used by the guys who got ripped for the movie 300. And if your female then don’t worry, the program was also created so both sexes could tone up and lean out their bodies.

I’ve just finished the nutrition half of the book and I have put in at least a couple dozen of my favorite recipes I’ve evolved over the past 6 months and next I’m going to get started on the training program.

Now Onto The Warrior Workout Routine
For this warrior workout all you’re really going to need is a pair of dumbbells and an open space to do some of the exercises.
It’s a 5 exercise circuit that you’re going to do 3 times through without any rest in between the exercises. After you’ve finished 1 round of the 5 exercise circuit you can take a 60 second rest period.
Here Are The Exercises For The Warrior Workout
1. Dumbbell Cross-body Punches x20 high, x20 middle, x20 low
2. Crab Walks 2×30 ft. (down and back is 1)
3. Bear Crawls 2×30 ft. (down and back is 1)
4. Dumbbell Burpee Push-up to Press x10
5. Mountain Scaler Push-ups x10
This warrior workout is really only a preview of the ebook I’m creating and I’m really making it so even the average Joe can take this program and use it. But it’s also going to be easily adapted for intermediate and advance trainers as well.
I’ve adopted the Spartan warrior training to my nutrition and training programs and I can tell you that it’s not only a fun way to train but it’s also very challenging and rewarding as well.
