Great concept but i have no idea where in the office or hospital that i work in i would do these exercises during my lunch break…Normally on my 15 minute break i do the stairwells up and down for the entire time and on my 30 minute lunch break i walk briskly with a co-worker.

Thank you for the info and video. Is a warm up necessary? Because it usually takes 10 to 15 min before getting to the workout…

I recommend doing some foam rolling and mobility exercises for a warmup.
