In this The Diet Solution review I’m going to look deep into the program by Isabel De Los Rios and give you my personal opinion of the product without any fluff or B.S. I’m really not one for the whole dieting “thing” because I firmly believe most diets are nothing more than a complete waste of money.
In fact, most diets actually cause more harm than good by severely restricting calories and even though they’re intended to help you lose weight they’ll actually cause your metabolism to slow down to a snails pace and you’re left without any energy. So it’s fair to say that going into this Diet Solution program review I was a little more than skeptical about whether or not the program was legit. It’s easy for some people to put together a diet program and then just market the heck out of it so I wanted to save you the time and also not have you waste your money if the diet wasn’t legit.
The Benefits I Found For This Diet Solution Review
The book itself focuses entirely on nutrition and the whole concept behind The Diet Solution is that it’s not really a “diet” but she’s teaching you healthy eating habits that will help you lose weight. Once I read this it immediately caught my attention because it didn’t sound like every other dieting program out there.
She wasn’t trying to tell me to lose 20 pounds in a week or some crazy thing like that. She was going to show me how to eat healthy and thus lose fat from doing so. Now this is what I’m talking about!
As I looked deeper into the book for this review of The Diet Solution I was intrigued to see how deep the program went into providing great nutritional advice as well as recipes so you weren’t left in the dark when the program was over.
It was really great to see how well she discussed all the foods that we thought were good for us turn out to actually be the reasons we’re putting on fat and we don’t have any energy. Eating healthier is Isabel De Los Rios’ goal with The Diet Solution and you’ll also find yourself leaner and more toned after finishing it.
The Diet Solution is unlike most diets where you can only do the program for so long because you’ll want to tear your hair out because you’re literally starving all the time. This means you can use the principles behind The Diet Solution until the end of time because she’s teaching healthy eating habits and not a crash dieting course.
The Diet Solution program starts off by requiring that you take a metabolic typing test to determine if you’re body is naturally better adapted for consuming the majority of its macronutrients from carbohydrates, protein or a combination of the two. After taking the metabolic typing test I discovered that I was naturally a protein type so I instantly began catering the majority of my food intake towards protein.
I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall health since I switched over to being a protein-type and I would highly recommend taking this test for everybody starting the program. Although the author Isabel De Los Rios is not ver adamant about counting your calories she does state that it’s important to know how many you’re taking in to make sure you’re not over-consuming calories. She reminds you throughout the program that it’s not necessarily the quantity of calories that’s making you fat and unhealthy but rather the quality of them
The foods you’re allowed to eat throughout the Diet Solution plan is based around organic whole foods that have not been processed, refined or anything artificially added to them. She quickly breaks down what kind of foods you can eat and which ones you’re not allowed to eat with a simple phrase, “If it’s natural – that is, it grows or otherwise occurs in nature – eat it; if it’s artificial don’t.”
She also interestingly goes into why eating natural and organic foods can help to naturally detoxify your body since toxins are stored in your fat cells. When you start taking in fewer and fewer toxin laced foods you’ll naturally start to lose fat that has accumulated on your body. She makes a clear stance that to lose your belly fat it’s going to be important to eat clean and unprocessed food from here on out.
De Los Rios also makes it very clear that everyone following the Diet Solution program should take time to fill out the included Food Journal because it will help to not only keep you accountable but also make a clear record of what foods are working for your body. I also like how she included other factors besides the macronutrient content of the foods such as writing down goals and positive affirmations along with the food you’re eating.
Later in the manual she also dissects the importance and difference in fat intake as there are some essentially fatty acids that our bodies need to thrive while there are some fats most people incorrectly think are healthy which are causing them to become fat. There are other foods presented in the Diet Solution which are commonly thought to be healthy but actually cause health concerns such as soy, grains, bread and artificial sweeteners.
I also wanted to point out in my Diet Solution review that there are recipes included in the program that I found rather simple and easy to make and actually tasted good too. I’ve found with many diet programs that the food tastes like cardboard but after following the majority of the recipes in the manual I found myself wanting to eat more and I had a ton of energy.
Are There Any Cons I Found For This Diet Solution Review?
While researching for this Diet Solution Review I did notice that even though you’re going to be eating much healthier than before it’s going to take you a little longer to get results compared to a typical diet. But the good news is the fat is still going to come off sooner than later and you’ll also be able to have more energy and keep doing it long term…so The Diet Solution comes out on top here once again.
Overall The Diet Solution is a fantastic product and I’m really impressed by the program Isabel De Los Rios put together. I found by doing this The Diet Solution Review that it was well worth the investment and if you’re looking for a great fat burning “diet” as well as long-term solution to your health and energy then The Diet Solution is your answer.

Hi Josh,
I was wondering whats your opinion on Cyclical ketogenic diets for fat loss combined with proper training? That means to say 5-6 days a week proteins fats but zero carbs, then a “carb up refeed” on the 7th day.
Also thanks for all the work you’ve done with this site, its really excellent and keeps me motivated to “create greatness”!!

Hey Joe,
I think a cycling ketogenic diet will be effective at fat loss but you have to make sure you’re getting all the nutrients you need. Also this diet is really extreme and if you can handle it than it can work very well. I’d also take a look at my Xtreme Fat Loss Diet review as it also involves carb cycling for fat loss.

You are right! I tried this product not to review it but i needed to lose 10 pounds for my wedding dress. and it worked. i was focusing on only exercise routines and not the benefits of changing how i eat.

Hello Josh,
As I was looking for information on how to lose belly fat I came across this website, I love all the information that was given especially the review on The Diet Solution. I also wanted to know your opinion in regards to some workout videos (Insanity & Brazilian Butt). I recently lost 25lbs but I still have a belly. Sad but with the weight lose I have lost the shape I had on my bottom which is why I wanted the Brazilian Butt. I want to focus on losing belly fat but at the same time I want to firm my body.

I prefer to do Metabolic Resistance Training and High Intensity Interval Training for fat loss workouts. My Flat Belly Formula system has both of them implemented into the workouts.
