  • How to Get Rid of Man Boobs FOREVER…by Josh Schlottman

    A big question I’ve been surprised to get lately is how to get rid of man boobs and today I want to shed some light on why guys get the dreaded man boobs and what they can do to get rid of them for good.  Man boobs are probably one of the most unattractive things that guys can have on their bodies and if they’re trying to get a date, it’s not going to make things any easier.

    In some ways they’re doing things that only make their man boobs grow and doing workouts that aren’t going to do a damn thing to get rid of them.  If you’re having a hard time getting things going take a look at my Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review but hopefully after reading this you guys will have a realistic battle plan to take down your man boobs.

    Ok, so the obvious reason guys have man boobs is because they’re overweight and tend to hold a lot of fat into their breast area.  And that’s the simple answer but it goes a lot deeper than that.  Guys can have man boobs from having too much estrogen in their bodies (and girls who have too much also hold a lot of weight in their breasts, hips and thighs).

    The HUGE problem is that most guys who have higher levels of estrogen don’t even know it.  Unless you prefer going to nail salon over watching the Super Bowl…

    The biggest enemy you’re going to have to watch out for is soy.  Soy and all of it’s by-products are laced with phytoestrogens which will obviously want to dominate our man-boobs annihilator hormone, testosterone.  Some people will argue that guys have enough testosterone to safely combat the estrogens found in soy and other foods, but I totally disagree with this.  Because the last thing I’m going to do is drink soy milk when doctors recommend it for menopausal women to increase their estrogen levels.  Taking in soy is great for older females but not for guys who DON’T want man boobs.   • Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review – Don’t Get Hustled by Joel Marion…by Josh Schlottman

    To be honest I’ve never really heard of this guy named Joel Marion before and what he was all about.  I didn’t know if he was just an internet scam artist or if his Xtreme Fat Loss Diet was a product that was really worth the money.  I sure as hell don’t like to throw away my money so I was going to make sure Joel Marion was legit and I want to share with you what I found in this Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review.  I personally bought his product myself and I’m going to tell you if this stuff really works.

    When he says that the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is extreme, it is EXTREME.  This is probably the hardest diet that I have ever done in my entire life, but it was worth it.  There are 5 different principles to the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet which include; the cheat day, the fast day, the shake day, the moderate carbohydrate day and the protein-only depletion day.

    The whole diet last 25 days and by the end of it I didn’t know if I was going to make it or not, it was that tough.  But I’m going to break down each of the principles of Joel Marion’s program for you so you can decide for yourself if the program is right for you.

    Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review – The Cheat Day

    Obviously, the cheat day is going to be the easiest part of the diet and it’s a lot of fun when you can eat almost anything you want all day.  But the cheat day is like the calm before the storm and it’s only a matter of time before the diet gets serious.  The whole point of having the cheat day in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is to boost the leptin levels that get depleted after dieting so hard during the week.  And just to break down what leptin does real fast, it basically tells your body whether or not it’s starving and if it can burn fat or not.

    Also on the cheat day, you’re supposed to do the density day training which is also pretty intense.  But thank God it’s on the day when you’re taking in a lot of calories because if it was on the fast day then Joel Marion would be out of his mind.  The cheat day is a God-send after dieting so hard during the week and should be enjoyed because it won’t last for long…

    Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review - The Fast Day

    Easily the hardest part of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and it will break a lot of people who are trying to take the diet.  Even though you’re still taking in Branched Chained Amino Acids to keep your muscle from breaking down, you’re still hungry as hell all day.  There were plenty of times when I contemplated cheating and driving as fast as I could to the nearest Burger King for a Double Whopper with cheese.  The key is to stay busy during the day and drink plenty of water if you want to survive the fast day.

    Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review - The Shake Day

    The day following the fast day is the shake day in Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet.  And the shake day is still pretty damn difficult but it’s a breeze compared to the fast day.  You’re basicallytaking in various forms of protein shakes 5 times throughout the day.  The protein shakes include fruit which is a very minimal form of carbohydrates.

    Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review - The Moderate Carbohydrate Day

    Hallelujah! You finally start getting back to normal around now in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and by now you don’t think you can go any farther.  The whole purpose behind this day is to give your body a break from the previous 2 days of low calories and let it recover while you’re still burning fat.  This is easily way better than the last 2 days in the diet and it’s a great feeling of relief to be able to get some good ole fashioned carbohydrates into your diet. I would have punched Joel Marion in the face if we had another cheat day here…

    Xtreme Fat Loss Diet Review - The Protein-only Depletion Day

    This is the final day in the 5 day cycle and it’s right before you go back to the cheat day.  And since you’re taking out just about all the protein in you’re diet, you’re going to deplete your muscle glycogen and triglyceride stores to save space for the HUGE amount of calories and carbs you’re going to be taking in on the next cheat day.

    It’s nice on this day in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet to be able to take in lots of protein but still going without carbohydrates is a little bit of a pain, but it’s really not that bad (at least compared to the cheat day).

    And that really makes up the gist for this Xtreme Fat Loss Diet review and even thought I didn’t know much about Joel Marion at first, I now know this guy is the real deal Holyfield.  If you stick 100% to the diet and the awesome workouts too, you’ll get mad results…at least I did.

    But this is a program that is not for amateurs or those who aren’t willing to go the extra mile for the diet.  Because it’ll push you to your limits and you’re going to have to use every ounce of your willpower for those fast days and during the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet you’ll be grouchy but you’ll get the results you’re looking for in the end.

  • Ripped 6 Pack Abs Workout in 4 Minutes…by Josh Schlottman

    By popular demand I’m back with the 4 minute abs workout.  Doing this baby has helped me get my 6 pack abs and it’s a crazy intense workout.  Getting a great set of abs is something that everybody and their mothers want but they always come hard earned.

    To be perfectly frank, to get 6 pack abs you’ll need to get a consistent workout program as well as an awesome diet.  And diet is going to make up 80% of your results, and you can never out-train a bad diet.

    That stuff aside, this 4 minute abs workout will definitely get your abs ripped 100x faster than you would doing 1000 sit-ups.  But all things come with a price and this workout program is going to be pretty darn intense.  The big key with training your abs to get a ripped 6 pack is to not have any rest time between exercises.

    When you do this the abs will obviously train a lot harder and therefore they’ll build up more lactic acid and really shred your abs.  If you’re looking for more fast ways to lose belly fat be sure to check out my last blog post with 50 of my favorite strategies.

    I personally like to throw in this workout after an intense total body program and finish off with my abs blast.  This way my heart rate is already elevated and my body is rapidly burning the fat stores in my body for energy, and once I start targeting my ab muscles with this workout, it’s ON like Donkey Kong.

    And the burning sensation you feel when your pumping your muscles is the lactic acid that’s building up in your body.  The longer you can tolerate the pain the better results you’re going to be able to get.  So if you can train your abs and take the burning sensation, then you’ll get far more results than those who give up once they feel some pain.

    That’s when the “crazy” part of the workout comes in and if you can imagine all the pain you’ll have to go through to get ripped 6 pack abs, then you’ll know whether it’ll be worth it or not.  And to me that’s the great part of it. (more…)

  • 50 Fast Ways to Lose Belly Fat…by Josh Schlottman

    I remember taking my shirt off and looking down at my stomach and just praying to the heavens that I had a lean 6-pack of muscle.  But then reality thunked me on the head and I told me to wake up and smell the coffee.  I finally hit a point where I didn’t want to have a chubby gut anymore and I desperately wanted to find some fast ways to lose belly fat.  I sat my big butt down and decided to write out a plan to get rid of my belly fat.  I started working out and doing the Carb Cycling Diet for Fast Fat Loss.

    There wasn’t any miracle cure and magic infomercial pill that would save the day and give me my lean body.  I had to work my butt off for 30 days and use all the will power I had.  But after that 30 days of discipline I found that I had built the good habits to keep me going with my fat loss journey.  And this was KEY for my success and getting ripped fast.

    Here are 50 of the fast ways to lose belly fat that I used to get in the best shape of my life.

    1.  Drink a full glass of cool water first thing in the morning.

  • TRX Suspension Trainer Review…by Josh Schlottman

    So I had been personal training for about a year now, I was still in college and wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to do with my life.  I was doing the “old school” style of training and by that I mean I was going through the Muscle and Fitness magazines and pulling out all the Arnold Schwarzenegger and bodybuilding workouts.  I only wish I knew then what I know now and had gotten a TRX Suspension Trainer when I first started training.

    I only initially planned to do personal training on the side while I got my degree and literally had to be TALKED into going to this fitness convention called IDEA.  But after I plunked down the $300 or so bucks to go and traveled down to southern California, I had an awakening.  I saw this yellow and black thing that people where using to do all this crazy bodyweight suspension training stuff with.

    At first I didn’t even know how to wrap my head around it, I was used to pounding out heavy weights with barbells and machines…this sounded like it was some new form of pilates or something.  Which was in NO WAY up my alley. (more…)
