Well Spring is right around the corner and I want to celebrate it with a brand spanking new workout designed to get you in your bikini and have the beach body just in time for Spring Break.
Spring is one of my favorite times of the year and I just love the warm sunshine after a long wet and cold winter.
This Spring Break workout has a lot of complex exercises that most people haven’t seen before so it’s a great idea to try these exercises while watching the video so you’ll more likely remember them when you’re working out at the gym.
Even if you’re not planning a Spring Break getaway, everybody wants to look sexy in a bikini and have a great beach body as the new sunshine comes out and this workout can definitely help.
