I’m sure if you’ve gotten this far then you’ve heard the news by now that Osama Bin Laden is a dead duck.

I don’t usually wish for people to die but in case of Bin Laden he deserves it and then some.

I still remember waking up to the news on 9/11 and being in complete shock all day about what had happened to the World Trade Center.  It’s something we all remember where we were when it happened and it should never be forgotten.

I originally had a blog post planned on exercises to do in your office but that’ll have to wait until later this week.  Instead I have a special sale going in for all Trainer Josh products in celebration of the death of Osama Bin Laden.
