Pumpkin Halloween Workout for Freaky Fat Loss
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and I thought it would be fun to get into the holiday season with a pumpkin themed workout. But don’t think this workout is for babies, it’s actually pretty intense and designed for some freaky fat loss.
All you need is a pumpkin, of course, and your bodyweight so you can do this Halloween workout right at home this weekend. When you think about it a pumpkin is just like a medicine ball so it’s a very creative tool that we can use to get in a great fat loss workout.
Here’s the full Halloween workout:
3 rounds total; 30 seconds of WORK with 15 seconds of REST
1. Pumpkin Swings
2. Pumpkin Squat to Press
3. Pumpkin Mountain Climbers
4. Pumpkin Lunge & Rotate
5. Pumpkin 1-Arm Pushups
6. Pumpkin Side Hops
7. Pumpkin Situps
8. Pumpkin 1-Legged Reaches
9. Pumpkin Rows
10. Pumpkin Burpees
***Finisher*** Pumpkin Smashes! (optional…)
