    Hey Josh, I love your ab workouts. I had a question regarding my recent workouts.
    I have been doing 50 minutes of intense interval cardio followed by a 10-15 minutes ab session. While i have always been lean i seem to be getting broader rather than shrinking. Is it something that happens or am i doing it wrong?

      The intense cardio is going to cause you to build more muscle than traditional cardio. Cut down on the intensity of the cardio. 20 min is good.
