Fat Loss Breakfast

  • Hope everybody had a a great 4th of July weekend and used it wisely to relax a little bit.  The summer is heating up and everybody wants to lose weight.  Today I bring a great strategy to implement into losing fat, if you’re not doing this 1 thing, then you’re robbing yourself of the body you want.

    A recent study found those who ate a 600cal breakfast lose THIRTY-NINE- pounds over the 300cal group which lost only ten pounds. I recommend eating a healthy breakfast filled with nutritious carbohydrates which will fuel your muscles and brain. Stick with Oatmeal and Quinoa and stay away from sugary cereals. Eat more calories early in the day and then gradually taper off as you go.
