Christmas has to be one of my most favorite times of the year and I really enjoy giving my friends and family some awesome gifts.
I still remember waking up early on Christmas morning excited to see what Santa had brought me. Even though I’m technically considered a grown up I’ll always look forward to spending some time with people who are close to me and enjoying all the festivities of the holidays.
I also just finished up the bulk of my Christmas shopping in about 2 hours all via the internet. I’m not fond of shopping and the quicker I can get it over with the better. 🙂
If you’re still looking for some super cool Christmas gifts then I put together this list of the top 10 things that I think would make killer presents but also stuff that I want as well. I know it’s better to give than to receive but let’s be honest here…getting cool stuff rocks.
1. TRX Rip Trainer
I’ve been wanting one of these babies for a while now and I’m going to pick up a TRX Rip Trainer if nobody gets it for me this year. As a huge fan of the TRX Suspension Trainer I’ve played with the Rip Trainer a couple of times now and think it could be a great tool.
Right now TRX is running a 20% off special. Just use the code TRXGIVE at checkout.
2. SISU War Hammer
This is another thing that I would like to get in my stocking this year. I’m always looking for new fitness tools and gadgets that actually work to add to my repertoire. The SISU War Hammer looks like it’ll be an awesome addition as it weighs 14 pounds by itself and you can double the weight by adding lead shot. Also who would want to have a killer workout by swinging a giant hammer around?
3. New Balance Minimus Shoe
I’ve been wearing Vibram FiveFingers for the past couple of years now while I workout and really love them. But going out in public in them can be embarrassing to say the least. These Minimus Shoes look like the next best option and I can still retain some dignity while in public.
4. Philips Wake Up Light
I was sick of waking up to a jarring alarm buzzer every morning that jolted me out of bed. The Wake Up Light is awesome because it gradually wakes you up with both light and natural sounds. I bought it a few months ago and thankfully use it every morning.
5. The Grid
Your friends are going to love you for giving the gift of a world class massage this holiday season. I personally received The Grid last Christmas and a year later I still use it every day. It’s a super high quality product and if you’ve followed me for any time now you’ll know I’m adamant about foam rolling.
6. Jack Black Turbo Wash
I was given a sample of Jack Black’s Turbo Wash and after one use I immediately fell in love with it. This is definitely on my Christmas list this year and it’s refreshing to use this after sweating it up in your workout.
7. Athletic Greens
If you want to help take your friends and family members help to the next level then I’d recommend giving them the gift of Athletic Greens. This is considered to be the ultimate insurance policy and it’s really an outstanding product. It’s packed with antioxidants, digestive enzymes and other vitamins all from natural whole super foods.
8. Buddy Lee’s Rope Master Jump Rope
There’s no doubt that good ol’ fashioned jumping rope is going to help you burn some fat and if you’re going to do it then it’s always best to do it right. This jump rope was designed by a former Olympian and uses a swivel bearing system to eliminate tangles so you can have a smooth and quick turning jump rope workout.
9. Power Wheel
The Power Wheel is another simple piece of fitness equipment that could add a whole ‘notha factor to your workout routines. I consistently find myself using the Power Wheel often and it’s a great tool to have a killer abs workout.
10. Ultimate Sandbag
I’ve slowly become a big fan of using the Ultimate Sandbag in my workout because there’s really nothing else like it. It’s a great tool for increasing the metabolic demand of your workouts meaning you’ll burn more calories and build more lean muscle. In fact, it can kick my own butt so bad that I find myself not looking forward to using it but after some strong self-encouragment I find that it gives me an incredible workout.
