  • The Best Super Shake In The World
    Who wants to start the day off by feeding your body with the ultimate nutrients to have great energy to last until dusk?

    This is the super shake I've been taking for a couple years now and it has been the absolute best thing I could have done for myself. The days I don't take this super shake are WAY different from the days that I do take it.

    It's full of nutrients and natural probiotics to get your body the necessary nutrients to make it healthy and prepare it for a day of hard work & positive energy.

    Usually while I'm making this super shake I'll also start cooking some oatmeal on the stove so I can kill 2 birds at one time. Try this!

    1 cup RAW whole milk
    1 tbsp ground flax seeds
    1 serving Goatein
    1 cup frozen mixed berries
    1 serving Green Vibrance
    1 tbsp fat free yogurt
    1 tbsp bee pollen
    1 tbsp arctic cod liver oil
    1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
    sprinkle of steel cut oats

  • UFC Fighter BJ Penn Pool Jump Workout

    Saw this crazy video today on YouTube with UFC fighter BJ Penn doing a COMPLETE vertical jump out of a 3 ft. swimming pool. AWESOME power skills here that are undeniable!  After watching this video be sure to watch the video below to find the secret to doing this yourself…

    This movement takes EXTREME explosive power & athleticism. But you can train to become explosive as well while also burning fat. 

    If you want to do this too then you  NEED to gain strength in the lower body and work on your explosive power as well.  If you want to jump higher and lose fat at the same time, check out the video below for the BJ Penn Pool Jump Workout!  

    Although I wouldn't recommend doing these if you're a beginner and don't have the agility or strength to do them. But if you can then you're metabolism will get cranked up to another level & you'll be on your way to becoming more explosive!

  • How to Lose Fat While You Sleep

    Many people who are training to lose fat are actually going in reverse while they sleep after a hard day of working out hard. When you sleep there are some very important tips I want to give you that will definitely aid in the fat loss process instead of the reverse.

    1 Tip I'll give you right now is to eat smaller meals as the day progresses, they say to "eat like a king for breakfast, a queen for lunch & like a starving college student at night." You don't want all those calories JUST SITTING in your stomach before you go to sleep.

  • The Michael Jackson Workout

    This workout is inspired by Lou Ferrigno (Michael Jackson's Personal Trainer) and the techniques he used to get Michael Jackson in shape for his concert performances. Unfortunately Michael passed away last week and I'm watching his memorial service as I type this. I though this video would be a great way for me to give thanks to Michael for giving everybody so much happiness with his music and performances.

  • Fat Loss Breakfast

    Hope everybody had a a great 4th of July weekend and used it wisely to relax a little bit.  The summer is heating up and everybody wants to lose weight.  Today I bring a great strategy to implement into losing fat, if you're not doing this 1 thing, then you're robbing yourself of the body you want.

    A recent study found those who ate a 600cal breakfast lose THIRTY-NINE- pounds over the 300cal group which lost only ten pounds. I recommend eating a healthy breakfast filled with nutritious carbohydrates which will fuel your muscles and brain. Stick with Oatmeal and Quinoa and stay away from sugary cereals. Eat more calories early in the day and then gradually taper off as you go.
